we’re proud to spotlight the incredible work behind the complete rebuild of the Ecoloop Mobile Compressor—an 8-month journey of collaboration, craftsmanship, and technical excellence.

The project kicked off with a full teardown of the unit. Every piece of equipment was removed, assessed, and either refurbished or replaced. This wasn’t just a standard maintenance cycle—it was a complete transformation aimed at restoring peak performance and extending the compressor’s life for years to come.

Scope of Work

• Complete removal of all equipment for inspection

• Refurbishment & replacement of worn-out parts

• Upgrade of the sand trap system for better efficiency

• Trailer enhancements to boost carrying capacity

• Sandblasting of all equipment and trailer surfaces

• Fresh paint in the new Ecoloop color scheme

• Performance testing and tuning to peak specs

Special thanks to the Fabrication Shop, who invested countless hours on structural upgrades and system integration, and to the Machine Shop, whose precision work on the compressor valves was key to restoring reliable functionality.

The Result?
A fully revitalized, high-performance mobile compressor unit that looks sharp and runs even sharper. It’s now fully aligned with Ecoloop’s operational standards and updated visual branding.
