Employee Highlight: Odean Dreyer

Ten years have soared by since Assembly Technician, Odean Dreyer, joined the CLS team. We knew the moment he was hired that he would be an enormous asset to our fabrication department and he has continued to prove that time and time again.  

Odean’s experience speaks for itself on each project he works on. Each day, Odean comes into work ready to take on the task at hand and support his team with his versatile skillset and valuable expertise. In the fabrication department, it is essential to provide great care while assembling and fabricating each piece of equipment; Odean is, by far, one of the employees that exemplifies this trait on a daily basis. 

While you can find Odean working hard during the workweek, you’ll find him enjoying life with his family outside of work. Whether riding his motorcycle or attending or watching his favorite sports, he’ll bring a fun time wherever he goes.  

During our company picnic this year, we had the opportunity to honor Odean for 10 years of hard work, dedication, and loyalty to CLS and his team members. We are proud to have him as part of our crew and thankful he’s chosen to lend his experience, dedication, and great attitude to CLS.
