Employee Highlight: Shawn Sonesen

On October 10, 2005, CLS gained a loyal, hardworking employee in Shawn Sonesen. Shawn joined the CLS team as a field service technician and quickly moved into an outside sales position.

With his extensive knowledge of CLS, compessors, and equipment, moving Shawn to outside sales was a natural transition. Shawn makes this job look easy. His friendly attitude and positive personality are traits that are important in this position and help make each interaction with our clients a pleasant one. Shawn is an individual that leaves no stone unturned, so we can always count on him to come up with a solution when there doesn’t appear to be one.

While not at work, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He can be found most weekends at their cabin in the mountain fishing and relaxing.

Shawn is very dedicated and passionate about his family, work and his customer base. We are in awe of Shawn’s ability and drive for both his work and his family. Hats off to him for keeping a balance between both! Traits like these are an important part of CLS’ work environment and Shawn exemplifies both. We are proud to have Shawn on the CLS team for 15 years and counting!
