Booster Customization

CLS completed an electric-driven 4-stage Ariel booster package as part of a complete system for a high-pressure, high-flow testing facility where quality, reliability, and maximum uptime are critical. Built on a skid-mounted, match-drilled sub-frame for easy on-site installation, the unit features in-house designed, fabricated, and tested vessels and piping to ASME VIII Div. 1 and B31.3 specifications. The integrated cooler, pre-piped on the same skid, eliminates the need for field piping, while a state-of-the-art PLC control system provides automatic operation, remote communication, and data collection. Robust safety systems protect both personnel and equipment, and a durable 3-layer polyurethane epoxy finish ensures long-lasting protection and appearance.

Drill Module

CLS successfully designed and built a groundbreaking 1100 CFM/500 PSI drill module for the oil and gas industry, capable of operating at three pressure set points with a compact footprint of just 5’L x 4’2”W. This innovative module, featuring advanced 3D CAD design and custom components, enables greater drilling depth and efficiency, setting a new industry standard.

Setting the Standards

Our Fabrication and Machine Shops teamed up to completely rebuild the Ecoloop Mobile Compressor—transforming it from the ground up. The unit was fully disassembled, inspected, and restored with refurbished or new parts, including upgraded systems, trailer enhancements, sandblasting, and a fresh Ecoloop paint scheme. Thanks to structural upgrades, precision valve work, and extensive testing, the result is a revitalized, high-performance compressor that not only meets Ecoloop’s operational standards but is built to deliver reliable performance for years to come.
